BENIN AGOG FOR JUDO ALL AFRICA GAMES NATIONAL OPEN TRIALS

Judo Athletes, Coaches and officials from all over Nigeria have started arriving the City of  Benin  for the  Judo Final National Open Trials ahead of the 2019 All Africa Games billed for Morocco in August.   The Final National Open Trials will hold from the 27th to 29th June, 2019 at the indoor hall of the University of Benin, Ugbowo, Benin-City and according to the technical director of the Nigeria Judo Federation, Ewa Ekuta, athletes from all the states of the federation are expected to participate in seven weight categories in the male and female cadre, with the two finalists in each category getting a call up to the national camp ahead of the All Africa Games. Gernot Rohr: Iheanacho and Ajayi were dropped based on unanimous decision.

Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr has explained the decision to dropped Leicester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho and Rotherham defender Semi Ajayi as he released his final 23 man squad for the 2019 AFCON hosting in Egypt. CMSPORTS was on ground to cover the early Sunday morning training of the team as the 23 players are in full gear ready to depart for Egypt. Fregene is battling with partial stroke and need government support to keep up with medical expenses. Nigeria Eagles Supporters Club honour Ahmed Musa's mother Final Rites.

The remains of late Mrs. Sarah Moses Ekpokhai the mother of Ahmed Musa, the Assistant captain of Nigeria Super Eagles was put to rest today 25th of May  2019 in her hometown Afuze, Edo state. Aged 66years. Ahmed Musa flanked by Chairperson Nigeria Eagles Supporters Club, Kemi Ogunfuwa. The burial ceremony which had in attendance crèam de la crèam in the society was attended by members of Nigeria Eagles Supporters Club across the Nation. Led by their ever efficient Chairperson OluwaKemi Ogunfuwa Popoola the Nigeria Eagles Supporters Club was on ground during the wake-keep and the interment of the mother of Al-Nassr of Saudi Arabia striker.
