Ladegbuwa FC Procure 48 Seaters Team Bus

Ladegbuwa Football Club has announced the procurement of 48 seaters team fully Air conditioner bus for easy transportation of players and club officials. The team Sporting Director, Wale Joseph, disclosed that the need to cater for players' welfare and seamless transporting logistics to training and on match venues, which would easily curb fatigue, are one of the reasons the bus was purchased.






Wale Joseph said: "The welfare of our players is paramount and we are determined to ensuring they get needed infrastructural facilities which we believe will ease stress and fatigue.


"On any giving day players should enjoy a convenient transportation arrangement from team camp to either training or match venue in order to conserve their energy for business of the day."

"When you expect optimal performance from the players you have to help them with provision of necessary tools to bring the best out in them and this is exactly what the management are trying to achieve".


The team Secretary, Folami Salami, also corroborate the Director of Sports position, adding that this is just one out of many lofty plans the management has in stock for the club.


Folami, popularly called "Big 9" within the club circle reteriate the desire of the Management to ensure adequate welfare package for the players.

He said: "The team bus arrangement has been in place since the establishment of the club. Our Chairman is very passionate about football and so also about the well-being of the players who he considered as the biggest stakeholders. 


"It's not surprising to see the Management channeling significant amount of effort to ensure the players are adequately taken care of.


"Of course there were challenges here and there during the process of clearing at the sea port when the Bus got to Nigeria but our Chairman wasn't deterred as his resilience and determination ensure we got the Bus safely.


"We have couple of other ongoing projects running concurrently in the club, some are short term while others are long term project but we're being meticulous in the execution of  these plans because our desire is build a football club that everybody would be proud to be associated with"


The team featured in the Nation wide League (NLO 1) last season and finished 5th on Group B2 table log. Also competed in the off-season APFAN Super League finishing 3rd and will be playing in the APFAN Super Cup final against Monarch FC on Sunday.
