36 Lion Distribute Books & Boots At U12 Continuous Assessment Day

Lagos witnessed some great piece of football when youngsters trooped to the Legacy Pitch for the 36 Lion U12 Continuous Assessment Day on Friday.

The U12 kids were accompanied to the arena by their parents.

Coaches took the young lads through some simple drills.

The kids were enlightened on some basic techniques in football.

At the end of a successful exercise, participants were rewarded with books and boots.

Lots of goals were scored by the children who relished the moment to showcase their talents.

"It’s all about playing and enjoying for them; then stay in school and help their parents with your household chores," 36 Lion Proprietor told the Media shortly after the exercise.

I’m ready to play for Super Eagles, says Leke James

According to him, it would be a great honour to play for Nigeria at this stage of his career. Speaking with NSM media, Leke James stated that his active performance on the field is enough to get him on board the Super Eagles list. He is currently the best Nigerian player in Norway and he is ready to prove his worth to all Nigerians. “I look forward to playing for my country if invited, I am a center forward and only Victor Osihmen is ahead of me in the Super Eagles set up at the moment".
