Nigeria a nd 50 other countries including host United States of America will be featuring at the 18th edition of the annual Homeless World Cup tournament. The Sacramento 2023 event will be delivered by the Homeless World Cup Foundation in coordination with California State University, Sacramento and the Homeless World Cup’s US partner – Street Soccer USA. The Street Soccer tournament will take place from 08 July to 15 July 2023 with a welcome event on the evening of Friday 07 July, then the opening parade and games will start Saturday 08 July. Nigeria Nationwide League One side Ladegbuwa FC are intensifying preparation for this year's edition of Viareggio Youth campootball Tournament in Italy. The Viareggio Cup World Football Tournament also known as Coppa Carnevale, is a youth association football tournament held annually in the commune of Viareggio, Italy and it's considered as one of the most important youth football tournaments in the world. Ladegbuwa FC will be competing in the 2023 NLO season and would be hoping to better their last season's debut performance in the league. In preparation for the new season the team management are planning to expose the players to series of football events to keep them in good shape and afford them an opportunity to horn their skills.
