 The Chairman of Katsina United Prince Abdulsamad Badamasi has shower encomium on Faisal Sani who was on duty for Super Eagles against Ecuador in International friendly in New Jersey, United States of America.

Faisal was handed a starting berth by Super Eagles  new coach Jose Peserio and churn out a performance that earned him appraisal from his club chairman albeit the 3 time Africa champions going down 1-0 to the South American side.


"We are happy at Katsina United for the progressive trajectory in Faisal's career. He has proven he can adapt and perform at the top level.


"Playing for Super Eagles is by no means a small feat for a player and at Katsina United we are taking a conscious effort in projecting our players for the big stage.


"It's good to see NPFL players making their cut in the Super Eagles and proving to be a worthy ambassador in terms of conduct and performance. We have immense talents in the league and I will implore the National team coaches to look inward in other to unearth more of Faisals and give them opportunity and exposure at the highest level."
