Samuel Oguche Basketball Youth Camp Set To Dunk Off In December

Former Nigeria Basketball star Samuel Oguche is set to hold a Basketball camp for teeming youths across the country in December. 

The camp which is designed for young boys and girls will be drawn from all geopolitical zones.




Addressing the media, Oguche disclosed the high level of preparation being put together in collaboration with Kogi state government to have a successful youth camp.


"Basically, I am planning a tournament in Kogi state by December which will be an opportunity for youths to come together for a 3-day tournament in the mode of Kids camp.


In partnership with Kogi state Governor, his Excellency Yahya Bello, we would be given kids across the country an opportunity to exhibit their talents and also gain invaluable knowledge about the slam and dunk game."


The event which is also supported by Bullet Energy Drink will have basketball court and other valuable equipment donated to University courtesy of Kogi state government.


Samuel Oguche has previously held several youth camps across the states in Nigeria including Lagos, Abuja, Benue Plateau, Kaduna,  Anambra amongst other.

Dream Team Keeps Dream Alive

The Nigeria U23 team defeated Libya's U23 4-0 to progress to the next round of the 2019 U23 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers as Osimhen grabs hattrick. It was a resounding victory for the Dream team as they overturned a two goal deficit suffered in the first leg.
