Bede Opara spurs CF Amacenense to first league victory

CF Amacenense secured their first win of the season in a thrilling encounter that ended 3-4 away to Oriental Lisbao on Sunday, thanks to the 5 star performance by their Nigerian import Bede Opara who gurge their midfield 
Having lost their opening two matches of the season, the club was desperately in need of a succor.

The coach rejjiged his formation by deploying Bede Opara, a central defenders, to the midfield to add steel and stability to their play. The former Vila De Perdisez defender didn't disappoint as he marshalled the midfield with commanding performance which gave Amacenense edge and a comfortable 3-1 lead before the half-time.

Oriental were more productive in the  2nd half too as they cut the deficit to 3-3 before Amacenense's striker  score another one to restore their lead.

"The first two matches didn't go according to our plan but the technical crew were optimistic that the team will measured up as time goes on. 

I was drafted to the midfield by the coach who told me prior to the match that with determination and focus I can help the team to secure our first win  
I am glad we won the match and also made an assist for our 3rd goal.
I'm enjoying my game here and I wish to have a fruitful season with the club".
