ANOCA President Visit Sports Minister in Abuja

Mustapha Berraf, President of the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa, ANOCA paid a courtesy call on the Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports, Sunday Dare at his office on Tuesday in preparation for the visit of the International Olympic Committee, IOC President Thomas Bach in November, 2019. Engr Habu Gumel, President of the Nigeria Olympic Committee, NOC and Treasurer of ANOCA while introducing the the ANOCA President to the Honourable Minister hinted that this visit is very important to Nigeria at this period because primarily, we are looking at the visit of the IOC President to Nigeria and all that it entails. US Soccer, English FA coaches confirm for FCAAN

The Football Coaches Association of Africa Nations (FCAAN) have confirmed that their forthcoming coaching course in Nigeria billed for November has received a major boost with the confirmation of the participation of top US Soccer and English FA coaches coming to serve as instructors. Bede Opara spurs CF Amacenense to first league victory

CF Amacenense secured their first win of the season in a thrilling encounter that ended 3-4 away to Oriental Lisbao on Sunday, thanks to the 5 star performance by their Nigerian import Bede Opara who gurge their midfield  Having lost their opening two matches of the season, the club was desperately in need of a succor.  Bede Okpara The coach rejjiged his formation by deploying Bede Opara, a central defenders, to the midfield to add steel and stability to their play.
