Dream Stars Ladies Unveils Felix Ifeanyi Nwosu as Head Coach



Dream Stars Ladies of Lagos have unveiled Felix Ifeanyi Nwosu as the new Head Coach ahead of  the 2018/2019 Nigeria Women Premier League season.

The newly promoted Lagos based team have finalized the appointment of the widely travelled Enugu born coach.

Felix Ifeanyi Nwosu is an experienced coach with an impressive CV, he has had stints with  FC Talanta Kenya, Heegan FC Somali, FIN FA Enugu, FIN Angels, Ambassador Child Youth Club /Angels Enugu.

Felix Ifeanyi Nwosu was nominated and recognized by Arsenal FC/ WorldRemit amongst the best 25 Youth coaches across Africa in a pool of over 700 coaches.

He is also a CAF License C holder.

Dream Stars Ladies Chairman, Mr AbdulRahmon Abolore said the club opted for Felix Ifeanyi Nwosu because of his wealth of experience and he is confident that the former Gor Mahia defender can help the club achieve its objectives.

"Our aim is to make the best out of our promotion to the Premier League and we don't want to leave any stone unturned"

Felix Ifeanyi has described his appointment as a new challenge and he is ready to play his role.

The Club have begun an open screening in other to strengthen the team in preparation for life in the Nigeria Women Premier League.

Dream Team Keeps Dream Alive

The Nigeria U23 team defeated Libya's U23 4-0 to progress to the next round of the 2019 U23 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers as Osimhen grabs hattrick. It was a resounding victory for the Dream team as they overturned a two goal deficit suffered in the first leg. Coach Imama Amapakabo left no stone unturned as he rejigged the squad that went down in Tunis by drafting in Francis Uzoho, Osimhen, Chidozie Awaziem and Valentine Ozoruwafor from the Super Eagles to the Olympics team.
