The southwest zonal elimination for National Sports Festival has reach the top gear as teams expected to participates across the zone arrived Obafemi Awolowo stadium Ibadan, Oyo state capital yesterday and today. The event which is slated between 18th-20th October is expected to produced zonal champions in team sport like football, basketball, volley ball, handball, Abula, cricket etc for the December 6 to December 16 National Sports Festival in Abuja. Teams and delegate from Lagos, Ogun and the host state Oyo are already on ground while the event coordinators are doing their best to sort out accommodation and other essential logistics has athletes are seen being usher to their hostel.
