NYGs: Divine Ogbe Reenacts Feat,Omosivwe Jumps For Gold As Team Edo Wax Stronger

Team Edo has remained  unruffled and is waxing stronger in performance and results as they achieved the unexpected in the midst of the storm on Day 3 of the 2024 National Youth Games' competition, picking Gold medal in a swimming event through Precious Tissa. The Gold miner Precious Tissa who was also on song in day 2 with two silver medals, finished the 50M Breaststroke aquatic event in a time of 35 seconds to get the ultimate medal from the deep for Edo. Morocco 2025: Eguavoen says Eagles respect all teams, but can’t be intimidated by any

Augustine Eguavoen started his fourth stint with the Super Eagles on a fabulous note, with the three-time African kings decimating Benin Republic’s Cheetahs 3-0 in Uyo on Saturday.  Coach Augustine Eguavoen says his squad “is on a momentum” as they countenance Tuesday’s 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against the Amavubi of Rwanda at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali. “We have the right mentality now, and the mood in camp is excellent. Everyone in camp is eager for us to pick the three points in Rwanda and stay firmly on top of the qualifying table. Kano Pillars beat Ikorodu city

Kano Pillars FC made a powerful statement in their opening fixture of the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season with a commanding 3-0 victory over Ikorodu City. The match, played at their adopted home, the Muhammad Dikko Stadium in Katsina, saw the legendary captain Rabiu Ali produce a superb performance, scoring twice, while Mustapha Umar also found the net.
